Underexposed- August 11th- upstairs in Dempsey’s in Cardiff- 7.30pm

Underexposed is the second annual fundraising event for Swansea based theatre company Pintsize Productions; this year, taking place in the country’s capital after the success of last year’s Swansea outing.

Underexposed provides a platform for some of Swansea and Cardiff’s most exciting and contemporary artists from various artistic disciplines, whilst raising money for the company’s production of Enda Walsh’s Misterman which will be in rehersal this autumn.

This year’s Underexposed will comprise of a line up which so far includes Comedian Lloyd Langford, poetry by Bethan Lewis, the work of artist Catrin James, a Free Improvisational Jazz ensemble, and two Cardiff based band's called "The Room Orchestra" and "Sweet Baboo". The event strives to exhibit this work within a relaxed and recreational environment, hoping to break down barriers between art forms, and to challenge conceived ideas of exhibition space. This means, as well as providing an opportunity to see so many young artists under one roof , it should generally be great night out!
