Cardiff Castle at Christmas

Back by popular demand, Victorian Christmas Tours return to Cardiff Castle for 6 nights this December. Visitors will see some of the spectacular Castle apartments decorated for Christmas and lit by candles. The costumed guides will tell stories of how the rich Bute family celebrated Christmas in Victorian times, so it’s the ideal place for an atmospheric Christmas outing.
At the end of the tour, children can meet Santa in the entrance hall and receive gifts. All visitors can enjoy mulled wine and mince pies, listen to Christmas carols and have their photograph taken with Santa included as part of their visit.
Christmas Tours are available on the 10th, 11th, 12th, 17th, 18th and 19th of December 2005, from 4.45pm. The cost is £9 per adult and £6 per child.
