Cardiff’s War: 1939-1945 tells the dramatic story of how the residents of the city coped during the war, including tales of hiding under beds during the bombing raids and what it was like for a child to be evacuated from England to stay with strangers in Cardiff.
The story is told in the words of the people who lived in Cardiff through the bombing raids and hardship, along with archive sound, photos, film, letters and memorabilia.
