"Vicus - A Roman Re-enactment"

Step back in time 2000 years to experience life in the early days of Cardiff Castle. Romans and early Britons will set up camp for visitors to see people at work and play, witness competitive combat and children can join in the "Kiddie Drill" using mini shields and spears. Normal admission charges apply plus an additional £1 to participate in any special activities (such as Kiddie Drill).
