Hearts First Bike Ride - South Wales

A firm favourite in the events calender, this ride offers two routes of 16 & 29 miles around the splendid Gower Peninsula starting and finishing at St Helens rugby ground, Swansea. The 16 mile route covers over half it's distance on the cycle path from Gowerton to Blackpill, whilst the 29 mile route ventures further West. Come experience a great day out, have fun, raise money and help the British Heart Foundation save lives.
