Hearts First Afan Argoed Team Challenge

Where: Margam Country Park, Neath Port Talbot
Are you tough enough? Do you have plenty of energy and adrenalin? We are challenging teams of up to 6 people to complete various activities in Margam Country Park. Teams can decide if all members or only a few compete in each element, but remember it's all against the clock! You'll jog or run alongside (and in!) the Afan river, mountain bike one of the world's best trails at Afan Argoed, face mental agility challenges, complete an assault course and cross a lake all in 8 hours.
