Give your CDs a new lease of life!
To mark the launch of Jamble, a new online music and travel zine with a green streak; and to mark World Environment Day, a CD recycling day is being held in Cardiff on Monday, June 5th.
Simply take your broken, scratched or unwanted computer CDs to Oyster Clothing in Castle Arcade on June 5th between 10am and 5.30pm, and place them in the ‘CD bin’.
Jamble magazine will collect them and send them for recycling, where they will be transformed into things like garden tables and park benches.
100% of a CD can be recycled, so bring in broken cases and old inserts too.
