Wales final match of the 2004 RBS Six Nations Tournament sees us play host to Italy.
The Italians beat us in the 2003 Six Nations but we gained revenge by beating them in the group stages of the World Cup. Surely we can't lose to them at home. Let's see Steve Hansen off with a win!
