The largest sporting festival to take place in Cardiff Bay, sees a variety of sporting activities take place on both land and water.
There will be a large canoe pool erected to give youngsters the chance to try paddle sports for the first time. This year also sees the introduction of a mountain bike show team - The Animal Braun cruZer Bike Tour - featuring some of the World's best mountain bikers and trial riders.
