Bluebird Bartley brings some football fun.....
CARDIFF City Mascot Bartley will be challenging youngsters to a goal scoring competition at Bobath Children’s Therapy Centre Wales at their annual fete.
Children will be able to test their goal scoring ability against Bartley who will be there with some football give-aways for them.
Bobath will be holding the Summer Fete on Saturday 28th June between 12.00 and 3.00pm in the gardens of the Bobath Centre, 19 Park Road, Whitchurch. Families can enjoy an afternoon of kite-making, face-painting, balloon modelling, Kic n Stic goal scoring, strawberries and fizz, jazz band, bouncy castle, games, cakes, stalls, ice-cream, tombola, raffle with great prizes and lots more.
Volunteer coordinator Emma Bennetts, who organised the visit, said: “This is a great chance for children to have some fun and show off their football skills to Bartley. We are really chuffed that Bartley can take time out to visit us.”
The money raised from the Summer Fete will go to continuing to provide specialist Bobath therapy Bobath Children’s Therapy Centre Wales to children throughout Wales who have cerebral palsy.
