GET ON YOUR FEET AND TAKE STEPS TO BEAT HEART DISEASE
This September, British Heart Foundation Cymru (BHF) invites the people of Cardiff to join in the Big Red Bute Park Walk to help raise funds and awareness for the BHF.
Join hundreds of walkers on Sunday 14 September for a great day out in Cardiff’s stunning inner-city park. The event is ideal for all ages and abilities so why not bring a team of friends and family along too!
Complete a 3 or 6 mile route along wheelchair-friendly paths or challengeyourself further with the brand new 8 mile option. And don’t forget to wear BIG BOLD RED colours to show your support for the BHF!
The walk starts at 10.30am in Cooper's Field, behind Cardiff Castle
Entry fees are £5 for adults and £3 for under 16s. Any places still remaining on the day of the event will be charged at a higher rate.
