McCain Athletics Roadshow

Where: Oval Basin, Cardiff Bay
Sally Gunnell brings McCain Track & Field to Cardiff. McCain will host a Roadshow at the Oval Basin on Saturday 20th September from 11am - 5pm to provide a fun taster of athletics and encourage the local community to sign up and try the real thing the following day. An activity centre will encourage the general public to take part in activities testing their agility, strength, power, speed, co-ordination and fitness levels.

The McCain Track & Field Day, hosted by Olympic champion Sally Gunnell, will be held at the Cardiff International Stadium on Sunday 21st September. Families will be given the opportunity to be introduced to, and take part in, different athletics disciplines. McCain Track & Field is open to all – whether you are a talented runner or if you’ve never won a race in your life, everyone will have a chance to have a go.
