Sport Relief Mile
When: Saturday 10th July 2004
Where: Black Weir Park, Black Weir Park Cardiff
A series of mile events will take place simultaneously around the country, including Cardiff - all for Sport Relief.
The Mile will be split into two events; a time trial for those wanting to beat a personal time and a freestyle event for anyone planning to jog, walk, hop, run in fancy dress or tackle the event in any other way.
Cardiff's mile will be run in Black Weir Park which lies to the North of Cardiff Castle.
