Become a Guinness World Records breaker at TK Maxx in Cardiff

Ever wanted to be immortalised in the book of Guinness World Records? Well now’s your chance! Come down to the TK Maxx store at The Hayes, Cardiff and you could be in with a chance of breaking a world record!
TK Maxx is the exclusive retailer of the official Red Nose Day t-shirts designed by Stella McCartney and currently on sale in stores across the country. We would like to invite you to get involved with the TK Maxx fundraising activity by coming down to the Cardiff store on March 5th to participate in the official TK Maxx Red Nose Day t-shirt Guinness World Records™ attempts!
There will be an official Guinness World Records adjudicator in-store on the day to monitor the records and hopefully announce a possible new world record holder.
The three record attempts on the day are well within your grasp.
Most t-shirts folded in one minute; the current record is 23, it was broken this week at the TK Maxx store in Manchester
Most t-shirts put on at once; the current record for this is 227.

The activity is taking place to support the Red Nose Day 2009 campaign to ‘Do something funny for money,’ so all participants will be encouraged to make a donation - this can be as little or as much as you want.
Anyone successful in breaking one of these world records will be announced on the day as a new world record holder and will take home a framed certificate. This activity will be continuing at another TK Maxx store Plymouth in the lead up to Red Nose Day 2009 on 13th March.
So get your family, friends and yourself to the TK Maxx Cardiff store and take part in this once in a lifetime event.
