Ascot Ladies Day Dinner 2009 (in support of George Thomas Hospice)

When: Friday 12th June 2009 - 7pm onwards

Where: St Davids Hotel and Spa, Havannah St, Cardiff, CF10 5SD

Ladies, come along to the Ascot Ladies Day Dinner 2009 and have a great evening at the St Davids Hotel in Cardiff Bay. In support of George Thomas Hospice Care.

Ascot Ladies’ Day 2009 will be an enjoyable night for the ladies, with a chance to question a panel of celebrity ladies and to have fun with friends.

The evening should also enable George Thomas Hospice Care to raise money and raise our profile in the local community,

Our Celebrity Guests, which include our superb compere for the evening - BBC Wales Presenter Sian Lloyd, will be:-

* Actress/Singer: Sian Cothi
* Head of Communications at Wales Millennium Centre: Bet Davies
* Chief Arts Correspondent Western Mail & Echo: Karen Price
* Musical Theatre Star: Caroline Sheen
* Royal Harpist to Prince Charles: Claire Jones
* Western Mail Journalist and TV Presenter: Carolyn Hitt

The panel, all women successful in their chosen careers, will regale us with stories of their careers, experiences and memories, stories will range from serious to hysterically funny.

Combine this with Champagne, superb food, goody bags, male entertainment excellent company and you will have a night to remember whilst making a difference!

Friday 12th June 2009 at St Davids’s Hotel and Spa, Cardiff.

Tickets for the Ascot Dinner are only £35 each and includes a Sparkling Reception, 3 course dinner with coffee and entertainment. Party table numbers will be strictly limited and allocated on a first application basis.

George Thomas Hospice Care is the major provider within Cardiff of home based hospice care. Each year we care and support over 1,000 patients and their families suffering cancer and other life threatening illnesses. We are a registered charity and are required to raise a large bulk of our running costs through voluntary fundraising to enable us to provide care.
