For the first time, this years Cardiff Half Marathon has been granted Championship status by Welsh Athletics, proving this to be one of the best half marathon routes in Britain.
The fast, flat route attracts many elite runners and is ideal for those looking to achieve a personal best.
Renowned for its picturesque scenery, this years route starts and finishes outside City Hall and takes in Cardiff Bay, the castle and Bute Park.
The wheelchair race starts at 8:50am and the rest of the field start at 9:00am.
