The Cardiff Blues open their 2010 Heineken Cup campaign with a home match against English Premiership outfit Harlequins.
The Blues are in Pool 5 of the Heineken Cup, which is arguably the hardest pool of the competition. Harlequins, Sale Sharks and Toulouse will all be competing with the Blues for supremecy.
