Wales v Scotland - International Friendly

Wales and Scotland will play a friendly football match at the new Cardiff City Stadium on the 14th November. The 14th November date had been set aside for a possible World Cup play-off game, but now that both teams' World Cup hopes are dead and buried it has left them free to play this friendly fixture.
This will be the first International match to be played at the new Cardiff City Stadium, and it looks set to be the first of many, as the FAW explore the idea of hosting future Internationals there. It is hoped that the reduced capacity (in comparison to the Millennium Stadium) will generate a better atmosphere for Welsh International matches.
