Cool House have long been admirers of one of the UK's most respected DJ's. Ralph Lawson is best known as the original resident at the legendary Back To Basics club in Leeds, where he holds the accolade of being the first DJ to ever play a record.
Always unique, his style has developed over the years to become what is known worldwide as the 2020 sound: giving reference to both his iconic label and also his 2020 Sound system live band project.
Ralph turned up at one of our Cool House parties last year, so we thought it only fair to invite him down to DJ this time. This will also be the first Cool House party in our new home for 2010, the dark 200 capacity basement of Barfly.
