Cardiff Central Library is celebrating its green credentials by hosting Fête of the Earth – Cardiff's festival of sustainable living
10am to 3pm
• Drop in for help and advice on greener travel
• Learn how to reduce your carbon footprint and energy bills
• Learn about conservation issues, bio-diversity and the organic food being grown right here in Cardiff!
• Free energy saving light bulbs, storytelling and craft activities for children.
7pm to 10.30pm
• Edible Landscapes: a talk by Michelle Fitzsimmons, 7pm
• Food Incorporated: a Green Film screening, 8pm. Tickets for the film cost £3 each and are available from the Library. Phone, email or drop in for more details.
