Ian Witchell and friends return to Cardiff for this new monthly night at Journey's.
Fresh from a two year stint dj'ing at New York's underground clubs including home of electroclash 'Berliniamsburgh' and his very own venture 'DIY' with Add n to X's Barry 7, this night promises to be an eclectic mix of anything Ian wants to play, drawing on his early days in mid 80's in Wales dj'ing at LUSH and The Basin and running clubs like Side Effect, later to become The Juice Joint, to his work in London and New York for legendary clubs Blow Up.
Sonic Mook, Jarvis Cocker's DSS night and working alongside Beastie Boys producer Sam Sever and Sound Gallery's Martin Green at bars such as The Met and Great Eastern and aftershow parties for The Rolling Stones, Dandy Warhols and Primal Scream.
Guests lined up include Twisted Nerve dj Cherrystones and Michael Murphy from best club of the decade, Smashing, as voted by London's Time Out Magazine.
