We are raising money for Bobath which is a treatment centre for children with cerebral palsy. The instructor is giving her time freely so all proceeds are going to the charity!

Bobath Children’s Therapy Centre Wales provides specialist physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech and language therapy to over 250 Welsh children who have cerebral palsy. Bobath therapists work together as a team to combine these disciplines to give each child the skills to explore their world, communicate their needs, maximise their potential and so improve their quality of life. There is no cure but the specialist Bobath therapy we provide makes a real and positive difference to the life of every child who has cerebral palsy.
Did you know that:
• Every 6 hours a child is born in the United Kingdom who will have cerebral palsy.
• Cerebral palsy is the worldwide number one cause of disability in children.
• Any woman who is pregnant could have a child who will have cerebral palsy; there is no test and no ‘at risk’ group.
• Cerebral palsy can affect movement, sensation, perception, cognition, communication, eating and drinking. In some children all of these functions may be affected.
