South Wales Echo on Your Bike for Barnardo's

Where: Copthorne Hotel Car Park, Cardiff
A loop of approx 38 miles through the beautiful Vale of Glamorgan is a cycle ride organised to raise funds for Barnardo's Cymru.
It's not a race and you don't have to be superfit, just pedal along at your own pace, alongside friends, family and workmates. Why not get a team together, keep fit and have fun with us!
In the 30 years since this event started, it has built up to be a very successful and much loved event. Details of the route will be given to all cyclists and the route will be well signposted. Bottled water will be available at intervals along the route.
