The East Cardiff Multicultural Network presents an evening of education, information & inspiration
Presentations will include:‐
Rumney Youth Club ‐ sharing their experience from on their recent working visit to Johannesburg, South Africa
New Direction for Congo ‐ on their group’s research & action to help victims of oppression in areas of Congo.
The SAFE Foundation Cardiff ‐ on their work to help small pockets of marginalised communites across the world who cannot easily access aid from bigger charities while also working with local communites in Wales
Shirenewton Youth Development Project ‐ Romani Arts present a film made by young people with traditional storytellers and film makers designed to educate others about the history of the Traveller community in Wales.
African Mothers Foundation ‐ present a short film on women’s empowerment in Zimbabwe and the The Sizanani Community Food Growing Enterprise
An Introducton to this year’s Black History Month from BVSNW
Plus West African drumming with Teranga Percussion , Filipino Cultural Dancing & refreshments.
