The second Worldport Festival, a celebration of music from around the world in venues large and small throughout Cardiff.
- Eliades Ochoa + The Cougar (Cuba) Arguably the finest guitar player of his generation. The Cougar are an exciting fusion of original Caribbean, African and Latin melodies and rythms.

- Martins 4 (UK & Spain) The concert offers a chance to experience traditional folk, blues, flamenco and jazz in harmony with each other. Each artist will perform as a soloist plus in collaboration with each other.

- Mervyn Africa (UK) South African pianist Mervyn Africa has stunned and seduced audiences for the last fifteen or so years with his breath-taking solo performances. Catch him at this special concert presented by Cardiff Jazz Society.

- Nitin Sawhney (UK) One of the most original and exciting contemporary musicians around today, guitarist Nitin Sawhney entwines profound social and spiritual themes with a daring mixture of musical genres, tumbling with ease through Indian classical, flamenco, rap, drum'n'bass and samba.

- London Community Gospel Choir The second Cardiff Worldport Festival presents this special show of Europe's finest gospel choir. In 21 years the LCGC has played at gospel, jazz and religious festivals all over the world.

- Joyce + Banda Maluca (Brazil), Snowboy & The Latin Section (UK), DJ Cliffy (UK) Worldport presents a fantastic night of acid Latin jazz.

- Pinise Saul & Her South African Jazz Band (UK & RSA)According to the Guardian, the leader of The South African Gospel Singers Pinise Saul is the undisputed "Queen of Afro-Jazz".
