Learning to Live in the Moment through Meditation

When: Thursday 8th September 2011 - Thursdays, 6.30pm – 7.30pm

Where: Quaker Meeting House, 43 Charles Street (off Queen Street), Central Cardiff, CF10 2GB

This series of drop-in meditation classes will reveal methods to help us view death as a positive experience, instead of something to be feared or denied.

Based on the inspiring book, ‘Living Meaningfully, Dying Joyfully’ by Venerable Geshe Keslang Gyatso, each session will include guided meditations and practical advice on how to live a happy and meaningful life, how to prepare for death, and how to help others who are dying.

The facility fee for each lunch class is £5 per person or £3 for anyone who is not working (Charity Number: 1039234). For full details, please contact Dharmavajra Kadampa Buddhist Centre on 01792 458 245, email info@meditationinwales.org, or visit the Centre’s website – www.meditationinwales.org.
