Getting started is the hardest part for ladies with 2 stone or more to lose. Getting motivated has to overcome your thinking patterns: you don’t want to go to the gym because you don’t want other people looking at you; you know what you shouldn’t be eating but it doesn’t stop you eating it; hormones, boredom and bad days at work make you want to eat more; you can’t just live on salad; and what’s the point when you’ve tried keeping it off before and it hasn’t worked?!
On the My Weight programme you get support on 3 different levels to ensure you drop as many dress sizes as you want to and keep the weight off.
We show you your emotional eating patterns and your own personal triggers.
We teach you how to eat for vitality and ENERGY not comfort - this is not a diet because frankly diets don't work.
We give you expert help all the way along, and you also get group support from the other ladies in your group.
We provide 1-2-1 sessions with our experts where appropriate.
No weighing in front of people or asking you to buy own branded foods!
