ffresh Restaurant hosts Michelin-starred Chef Roger Jones from The Harrow at Little Bedwyn in Wiltshire, winner of AA Restaurant of the Year 2011, is the latest in a series of high profile Welsh chefs bringing their culinary magic to ffresh Restaurant for one night only.
Ceredigion-born Roger, chef and patron of The Harrow at Little Berwyn in Wiltshire which won AA Restaurant of the Year 2011, is a strong supporter of Welsh produce and will be serving a four-course menu featuring Pembroke lobster and Welsh lamb.
Previous sell-out evenings have featured Bryn Williams chef/patron of Odette’s in London, Bryan Webb, chef/patron at the Michelin-rated Tyddyn Llan in Denbighshire and ffresh’s own consultant chef Shaun Hill, owner of the Walnut Tree, Abergavenny, who, last month, served a special second birthday menu of of red mullet, partridge pudding and chocolate fondant.
