Come on guys, put on your best dresses and run 4 miles through the streets of Cardiff.
Starts at the Temple of Peace, King George VII Avenue (CF10 3AP), Cardiff and finishes at Tŷ George Thomas, Whitchurch Hospital grounds, Cardiff (CF14 7BF)
