Based on the books ‘Introduction to Buddhism’ and ‘Modern Buddhism’ by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, these drop-in classes will provide a chance to explore the essential principles of the Buddhist way of life and what it means to be a Buddhist, as well revealing simple and practical meditations to increase inner peace and happiness in modern times.

The facility fee for each evening class is £5 per person or £3 for anyone who is not working and for each lunch class is £3.50 or £2 (Charity Number: 1039234).
