The Cardiff Comedy Festival runs from the 4th to the 29th July in over 10 venues accross the city. Chapter Arts Centre's intimate Media Point room hosts Edinburgh Festival Previews from the best break through acts attending the fest this year.
Matthew Crosby
Matthew Crosby's debut Edinburgh show, AdventureParty, was a critical and commercial success in 2011. Since then, Matthew has appeared on 8 Out Of 10 Cats on Channel 4 and Never Mind The Buzzcocks on BBC Two. Matthew is also part of the award-winning sketch group, Pappy's.
Rob Beckett
Rob Beckett's fantastic rise to fame began back in 2009 with him winning several competitions including Leicester Square Theatre Act of the Year 2009 and Amused Moose Laugh Off 2010. Since then he has appeared in Fresh Meat on E4 and is taking his highly anticipated debut solo show to the Edinburgh Festival this year.
