Sharon Van Etten heads in from NYC with her acclaimed 'Tramp' album
Brooklyn-based singer-songwriter Sharon Van Etten arrives at Glee Club Cardiff on Sunday 9th December following the release of her Jagjaguwar debut album, Tramp.
Van Etten has played shows with Beirut, Neko Case and Shearwater, sung on records by The Antlers and The National, and collaborated with Bon Iver's Justin Vernon.
Tramp both defies and illuminates the unsteadiness of a life in flux, showcasing an artist in full control of her powers. Throughout the 14 months of recording sessions, Van Etten was without a home. The only constant in her life during this time was spent in Aaron Dessner's garage studio.
