Verdi's Requiem is one of the greatest choral masterpieces of all time. Charged with electric passion, terrifying force, tenderness and tranquillity, it comes straight from Verdi's soul. BBC National Orchestra and Chorus of Wales celebrate St David's Day with a performance given by a star-studded cast of soloists under the direct of Owain Arwel Hughes.
