Coffee Concert

The monthly coffee concert is an opportunity to listen to the best of local music and a welcome cup of coffee.
The final concert in the current series is “A Chilled Morning Of Jazz” by Jazz Duo James Chadwick (Guitar) and Julian Martin (Piano). James Chadwick is a regular performer on the British jazz scene and has played with Lee Goodall, Chris Batchelor, Thad Kelly and The Steve Waterman Jazz Orchestra. He teaches on the CL Jazz Course and has been a tutor on the Jamie Abersold and Wavendon jazz courses. Julian Martin teaches Jazz at Cardiff University and the Gate Arts Centre and has worked with many leading British musicians, including Peter King, Jim Mullen, and Alan Barnes. He co-founded the Wales Jazz Composers Orchestra and has written and produced scores for several television and radio shows, including the children's TV series, Igam Ogam.
