A Castle full of cheese – what’s not to love? Gather your foodie friends together and make your way to the beautiful setting of Cardiff Castle to try and buy from one of Britain’s biggest cheeseboards.
Featuring many of your favourite cheeses, alongside cheeses you’re discovering for the first time, Britain’s best cheese-makers are here to excite the taste buds with an array of their award-winning artisan produce. And with samplings and tastings, masterclasses and demonstrations, you’ll get a real insight into the subtle art of cheese-making and how best to eat it.
The wine, ale, cider and perry will flow, the perfect accompaniment to a cheese picnic, so kick back, relax and enjoy the entertainment and festival atmosphere.
