Join in Zumba to Christian music, come watch a variety of performances. All to raise money for bedbound lady to get hospital treatment.

ME Support In Glamorgan (mesig) are raising money to help a member of our Charity who suffers with M.E. and is currently bedbound, go to Burrswood– A Christian Hospital.
We’re also raising awareness and funds for Human Trafficking. Modern day slavery. Known to be 600 slaves in Cardiff alone.
