MusicMix 2013
When: Monday 5th August 2013 -> Friday 9th August 2013 - 10am-4pm
Where: St David's Hall, The Hayes, Cardiff, CF10 1AH
Aged 14-18 and play an instrument, sing, MC or DJ? Then come along to MusicMix this summer
Over five days, MusicMix 2013 will work with twenty five young people to form an eclectic rock orchestra with multiple guitars, drums, orchestral instruments, MC’s and voice. Participants will work both as an ensemble and in small sections to explore the meaning of ‘Legacy’. Under the guidance of Community Music Wales tutors and the MusicMix Artistic Director, the course will culminate in a large scale performance on the main stage of St David’s Hall with full lighting, sound and special effects.
