Sing for your supper

The Radisson Blu Hotel is hosting a unique event, called ‘Sing for your Supper’, on the 6th June in a bid to raise money for the Noah’s Ark Appeal, the official charity of the Children’s Hospital of Wales.
A four-star hotel in the heart of Cardiff is asking guests to sing for their supper for charity.
Presented by motivational singing experts Sing & Inspire, the fun-filled, interactive evening will encourage guests to sing along to classic songs from the hit musical Grease in between a delicious three course meal.
Barbara Rockstocka, sales executive at the Radisson Blu Hotel, said: “We wanted to host an event with a difference for charity and came up with this unique idea which is guaranteed to lift everyone’s spirits. Grease is such an iconic film and the songs are known to all. We’re hoping guests will don those pink jackets, grease up those quiffs and let their inhibitions go for a great cause. Grab your friends and colleagues and join us for an evening where Grease is the word.”
Monies raised during the event will be used to support the Noah’s Ark Appeal, which needs £7 million to fund vital projects and ensure that the most innovative equipment and facilities are available to the children of Wales.
Suzanne Mainwaring, director of Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospital Hospital, said: “In Wales, we are so lucky to have a specialist children’s hospital with a world-class team caring for babies and children when they are most in need. The Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospital Charity exists only because of our charity and the tremendous support we have received from the people of Wales. The support of companies such as the Radisson Blu is so important if we are to be able to provide funding for vital and pioneering projects such as all of the equipment for a brand new critical care unit and specialist operating theatres. 100,000 babies and children every year rely on us. We in turn rely on our supporters. We would like to thank the Radisson Blu Hotel for joining us to change lives.”
