International Day Of Yoga

Where: The National Indoor Athletics Centre, Cardiff Metropolitan University, Cyncoed Campus, Cyncoed Road CF23 6XD
Yoga enthusiasts come and join us to celebrate the International Day Of Yoga. The free event, which will be on Sunday 19th June, will be inaugurated by the First Minister of Wales, RT Hon. Carwyn Jones A.M and include a yoga demonstration with guest participation.
The Honorary Consul of India is inviting everyone to take in a yoga demonstration for International Day of Yoga at Cardiff Metropolitan University.
Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual practice that originated in India. To celebrate the practice, the United Nations General Assembly declared an International Day of Yoga. The first was observed all over the world for the first time in 2015 and the event is now coming to Cardiff.
The free event, which will be on Sunday 19th June, will be inaugurated by the First Minister of Wales, RT Hon. Carwyn Jones A.M and include a yoga demonstration with guest participation.
It will be held between 10am-11:30am at the National Indoor Athletics Centre at Cardiff Metropolitan University. Participants of all ages, including families with children, are welcome to the event.
