Bar/Restaurant chain on Greyfriars Road: great place for a chill out and a chat.
I guess this could have been reviewed in the restaurant section as well, but I'm going to concentrate on Ha Ha's as a drinking venue.
I really like the decor and the feel of this place. There is music but it's the ambient mood music that you can chat over (a big change from the banging disco classics next door in Bar Med). The clientele are quite a trendy bunch and it's at the pricey end of the market so maybe not for everyones taste.
One criticism I do have is that the tables and sofa areas limit the amount of standing room. This place really fills up on Saturday nights. Any latecomers have to squash up at the bar and jealously watch the people who got there earlier, relaxing in their seats.
