Opened on 1st October 2009 Ffresh is a new lounge bar and restaurant situated within the Wales Millennium Centre. Ffresh serves modern Welsh cuisine, with an emphasis on local, seasonal produce. Ffresh offers a pre-show lunch/dinner package, with special prices when you book a table with your show tickets.
Ffresh occupies the unit that was vacated by two previous restaurants - Brazz and then Gilby's. Ffresh is being operated as an in-house restaurant (by the Wales Millennium Centre), so hopefully it will become more established than its two predecessors.
