It seems to me that you’ve got to believe in something, or at least look for something to believe in, or your life is empty.
Four young people are left stranded in a provincial backwater after the death of their beloved father. Struggling to find something to believe in, they seek solace in the arms of lovers, in work, in gambling and in dreams. Three Sisters charts the siblings passage into adulthood against the backdrop of a changing Russia.
