A round of the PDC Premier League Darts tournament will again be staged at Cardiff Motorpoint Arena in 2014. The tournament, which celebrates its tenth season in 2014, will arrive in the capital on Thursday 3rd April. Premier League Darts has been a popular fixture on the annual events calendar, with packed audiences eager to watch darts' most exciting players battling it out against each other.
The 2014 PDC Premier League Darts tournament will be played out at some of the biggest arenas in the UK, and will run from February until May. During that period, ten stars of the game will compete against each other in the league stages. The top four players from the league will then travel to the O2 Arena in London to face each other in the final play-offs.
This season, the Cardiff round will be known as 'Judgement Night', because the bottom two players in the league table will be eliminated.
Last season, Dutchman Michael van Gerwen claimed his first Premier League Darts title after beating Phil Taylor in the final.
